I'm Lovin' Anne Hathaway's Blonde Pixie Cut

At some point in every celebrity’s career they have probably thought: What would I look like as a blonde? And Anne Hathaway is no different; she now is officially a blonde and in my opinion looks great!

I’m suspect that her new blonde hair will be brief, but in the meantime let’s see if the new blonde is already having more fun!

Now I have to admit that when I first saw her new blonde hair at the Met Gala I was shocked! This is not the first time that Anne’s new hair has surprised me. When she first chopped off her voluminous brown locks for the movie Les Miserable I had mixed emotions.

It took me a while adjust to her new look. If it were me I probably would have crawled up in a corner and cried for a century or at least until I won an Oscar, but Anne rocked her look!

She quickly adapted to her new hair or lack thereof and I for one was quite impressed. And now she throws another curve ball at us with her new blonde pixie cut! Before her hair evolution, I viewed Anne as asafe simple celebrity that rarely took risks, but I think this new hair cut is pushing her into new territory.

I think that she looks incredible, confident and happy! Anne is naturally gorgeous, she has wonderful big bright brown eyes, lush lips,  exquisite eyebrows and now a blonde pixie cut that is absolutely adorable!

At the Met Gala, Anne’s vintage Valentino dress fit the punk theme perfectly. I love the way  her hair was styled — volume on the top and slicked back on the sides. I think that she took a risk with both her hair and the virtually sheer dress that exposed serious side boob!

There can be no gain without risks and in this case that is absolutely right.  I also like her makeup with the dark smoky eye, while keeping the rest of the look simple. No heavy jewelry, no red lip and no flashy clutch!Well done Anne (and her stylist).

Even if Anne’s Debbie Harry-inspired bleached blonde hairstyle look is only temporary (and it is) she seems to be enjoying her new blonde hair and is having a great time wearing in both dramatic and casualways. [via Huffington Post]

When I think of Anne Hathaway, I think of a gorgeous woman that is demure, funny and classic and although her hair style has radically changed she still seems to be the same Anne that we all know and love.

Seen walking in Brooklyn just the other day, Anne toned down her locks with headband, sunglasses, trench and jeans. The look is classic, casual and comfortable — the perfect outfit for a fun outing.

I’m glad to see that Anne is having fun with her hair even if it is temporary. Maybe this temporary layover in the Blonde-ville will turn in to an extended stay. Will Anne finally find out if blondes really have more fun?

Lovelies, what other celebrities have made the transition from brunettes in blonde smoothly? Who should stay brunette? Do blondes really have more fun?
