Who Wore It Better?

What is more fun than a round than a good round of “Who Wore it Better”? Hollywood is so small, that celebrities are constantly caught wearing the same garments as other celebrities, yet they find a way tomake the look their own. For today’s match-ups I selected my top four celebrity face-offs. Tell me what you think!

Round 1: Selena Gomez vs. Katie Perry: Before we critique their outfits and determine a winner I want to congratulate both women of being bold, taking a fashion risk and embracing color!

This first round victor is Selena — no contest! I love everything about her outfit, from her wavy long brunette locks over one shoulder to her conservative nude pumps. This look is so edgy and risky; this floralDolce & Gabbana bustier is bright and playful! Since the bustier has a lot of color and pattern, I think it was a great decision to pair it with a solid pencil skirt to balance the overall look.

Katy Perry missed the mark on this look, wearing the bold print head to toe is too much and not flattering. And if the bustier-skirt combination was not bad enough she adds a Dali-print mini and chunky white heels. Chunky white heels? I need not say anything else, Selena is the winner of this fashion face-off!
Round 2: Jamie vs. Emmy: Black and white prints are huge this spring and these ladies show us how theymade this trend work for them. I love that Jamie paired the dress with a jean jacket and some suede little booties. If she wanted to take this dress from daytime to nighttime she could just through on a leather jacket and some chunky wedges and be good to go!

Emma on the other hand, kept the dress pretty casual, with grey flats, a long necklace and a pop of color from her red bag. I think that Emma’s looks needed something more, maybe a jean vest or cropped leather jacket to make the look more polished. I also wish she had of kept her hair down rather than putting it in a side bun.

In my opinion, Jamie wins this round by a hair! Maybe it’s the jean jacket, the cute booties or the sunglasses, but something about her look is speaking to me!
Also, for you that are in love with this knit styleits only $79.90, at Express.

Round 3: Ashley vs. Khloe: Is it just me or is this round a draw? Both ladies look great is this Antonio Berardi dress. I appreciate the sophisticated chic way that Ashley wears the dress with a ladylike below-the-knee hem and classic pumps. My only suggestion to Ashley is that she could have accessorized with some bracelets and rings or maybe a colorful clutch; otherwise I love the simplistic styling and the way she wore her hair!

I’m not surprised that the youngest Kardashian sister opted for a higher hemline! She gives the dress a sexy makeover by shortening it and adding eye-catching heels and bling! I think that Khloe, looks wonderful! The dress looks great with her curvy frame and the hair and makeup keep the look fun and youthful! Great job ladies!

Round 4: Annasophia vs. Zendaya: Another round with young ladies that are daring to embrace color and pattern. Although, Annasophia tried to accessorise the dress “Carrie style” I am just completelyoverwhelmed by all the colors, patterns and textures in one look!

The Carrie Diaries star wears this Alice + Olivia “Lollie” dress ($795) on set, giving it an ’80s vibe, but I think had she worn a solid, blue or fuschia stiletto and parted with either the bright belt or jean jacket she would have had more success. Disney tween Zendaya, worn the dress to the Kid’s Choice Awards and was able to tame the dress by sporting it with a sweater, a mini bright pink clutch and chunky brown sandals. Great job to both ladies, but Zendaya conquers this round!

Lovelies, I love hearing feedback! In your opinion who is the clear winner of each round? What is your favorite look?
